Not using baking soda

Due to the advanced fermentation process, cooking and cooling, and the absence of baking soda and other unhealthy additives, it is very effective in regulating and improving the digestive system.

Producing bread without hands

Cenan is producing healthy and complete breads without manual intervention and with an advanced and up-to-date process.

Using whole grain and wholemeal flours

The breads are made with a mixture of wholemeal and wholemeal flours whose characteristics are approved by the Dutch Food Industry Group (Kak).

From our family to your family

Cenan are prepared and produced with a mixture of available wheat flours whose characteristics are approved by the food division of the Dutch industrial group (Kak). The flour used is controlled and stored in mechanized silos in terms of heat and humidity.
Using an advanced fermentation process, the dough is prepared for entry into the tunnel oven section. This fully automatic and continuous process eliminates baking soda as the dough is kneaded in a traditional bakery style while maintaining production speed.
Cenan are baked in special ovens without direct contact with fire. Research and global standards show that baking bread in direct fire is carcinogenic.
The bread is brought to the desired temperature by cooling towers before packaging. As a result of this process, the shelf life of the bread is long and it does not easily become moldy.
